Twonky media server panasonic tv9/9/2023 ![]() ![]() ![]() Panasonic said it was the DNLA that is not supporting it. My thoughts were that the TV is not supporting it. Is this not how this works? The Twonky clients seem not to see my folder organization at all. I have a Panasonic TC-P65VT50 in which I am trying to stream DTS MKV's from my EX495's built in TwonkyMedia and the DTS audio is not support. But you can also look at 300 ASUSTOR AS6302T. It also comes with a remote that you can use to control playback on the TV. It’s through this port that you can play Kodi or Plex directly to your TV. I also was hoping to preserve a folder structure - for example, under Movies, I have a folder called "TV show 1" and under it, a bunch of episodes from that TV show. The QNAP TS-251+ 2-Bay comes with an Intel Celeron Quad-Core 2.0GHz, 2GB DDR3L RAM, SATA 6Gb/s, 2 Giga LAN, hardware transcoding and HDMI Out port. I thought I would dump my photos in the Photos subdirectory, and my videos in the Movies subdirectory, and the clients would see them respectively under each subfolder. I've made two subfolders under Multimedia: one for photos and one for movies. Maybe I'm using this incorrectly, as I'm not sure I understand what "indexing media types" is. Currently when viewing the videos in my media library 'by folder' from my Panasonic Viera TV the videos are sorted by date and not alphabetically. > This looks feasible - however it's somewhat unclear why you index all media types in So, some hours after I posted my original question, the files did show up for clients - does the server not look in those folders in real-time to know what to serve to clients, but has to index them (say, every few hours) to be prepared to show them to clients? If so, that would explain why I saw nothing after copying my files to /Multimedia, but the movie files showed up some hours later. TMS runs on Linux, macOS, Microsoft Windows, iOS, Android and QNX operating systems. > and run App Center installed Twonky QPKG - that's why Patrick's trick does partially work.Īh!
